Today, we celebrate!

A year ago today, we completed our little family of four and welcomed baby girl number two!

It's been one hell of a journey and I will forever be grateful for the good, the bad, and even the ugly. I've written this blog post 8300+ times, and I still can't find the right words. I wanted to share a more in depth and raw story of all that sums up these last twelve months, but today isn't about me. Today, I'll hold my tiny baby and I will soak in every last ounce of leech-like-high-maintenance-dependent baby love that she'll give me. BUT, what I will do is share the most adorable cake smash session you ever did lay your pretty little eyes on.

I would not have been able to pull this session together without the two amazing vendors that contributed. Ashley with Petals Florist made the most beautiful floral crown and cake topper. Weeks before this session, poor Ashley fell and broke her arm but still insisted that she be apart of my baby girls day and came through. I mean, is she BADASS or what? Kelly and Linda with Cakes So Simple not only made the cutest little smash cake, but allowed me to hold the session IN SIDE the bakery. I can't thank these amazing women enough for helping me pull this off. It truly is amazing to be apart of such an amazing creative community.

"For you were fearfully and wonderfully made."
